THE University of the Visayas (UV) Baby Lancers gave the Cebu Eastern College (CEC) Dragons a dose of reality check, prevailing in their highly anticipated duel, 99-85, in the secondary division of the 24th Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc.
