TOP Line Business Development Corp., through its subsidiary Light Fuels Corp. (LFC), inaugurated two new fuel service stations on October 15, 2024. The stations, located on North Reclamation Road, Ouano Avenue, and Jagobiao, Cebu North Road in Mandaue City, mark a significant expansion in the company’s retail fuel footprint in Metro Cebu. Both stations are strategically positioned along busy routes to serve the high volume of motorists in the area.

The inauguration also celebrated the first Light Fuels station, launched in 2023, on Northroad Jagobiao, Mandaue City.

Looking ahead, two additional Light Fuels stations are scheduled to open later this month in Liloan, Cebu, and Looc, Lapu-Lapu City, which will bring the total number of Light Fuels stations to five by the end of October.

“This is a major milestone for Top Line,” said Erik Lim, Chairman, President, and CEO of Top Line. “For 11 years, we’ve focused on real estate and industrial fuel distribution. Now, as we expand into retail, we’re seeing great potential in Cebu’s strong economy.”

Top Line has been involved in fuel distribution for years and operates a leased fuel depot to meet market demand. With its retail brand Light Fuels, the company is vertically integrating by managing both depot operations and retail service stations.

“We’re excited to launch Light Fuels Express Stations soon, which will cater to two-wheeled and light-wheeled vehicles. This is an exciting next step for us in Metro Cebu,” Lim added.

By the end of 2024, Top Line aims to operate 10 Light Fuels stations, including two Light Fuels Express locations.
