HUNK actor Sam Milby admitted feeling uncomfortable attending TJ Monterde's concert when he discovered that her former fiancée, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, was seated a few rows from him.

Sam debunked public perception that he appeared unmoved when he saw Catriona crying during the concert.

He clarified that the reality was far from that.

The actor talked about the issue during an interview on 'Fast Talk With Boy Abunda' on Monday, March 3.

It can be recalled that during TJ Monterde's 'Sariling Mundo' concert at Araneta Coliseum in February, Catriona was seen in tears while Sam was just a few seats away.

"If people thought I was comfortable, I was the complete opposite, I was not comfortable during that concert. A woman that I still love and care about is... I see a few seats away from me, is crying. I didn't know how to react," he explained during an interview for Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.

Sam and Catriona started their relationship in 2020. They got engaged in 2023. Last year, Catriona sparked breakup rumors by deleting their engagement photos on Instagram.

Sam recently confirmed the split in an interview with ABS-CBN News.

The actor candidly admitted the difficulty of the breakup.

“It was hard, no breakup is easy. It's really been rough, it wasn't only mag-boyfriend-girlfriend kami, we were engaged, and to have that not pushed through, it's been really rough, honestly,” he said, becoming emotional during the interview.(Ana Grace Cabradilla, BiPSU Comm Intern)
