WILL her star shine bright in France?

Althea Shine Pores of PMI Bohol Boxing Stable will be ending a year-long ring inactivity when she sees action on Feb. 7 in Marseille, France in what could be by far the biggest fight of her young career.

Pores will clash with hometown bet Romaine Moulai, who will be putting her International Boxing Organization (IBO) women’s light flyweight title on the line.

It will be the first time that Moulai will be defending her world title belt that she won in June 14, 2025 against veteran Mexican fightter Silvia Torres.

While Moulai was productive in 2025, Pores didn’t have a single fight that year.

The hibernation came after Pores’ busy 2024 that saw her win the Philippine Games and Amusements Board (GAB) women’s light flyweight title twice.

One of the Pores siblings fighting for the PMI Bohol Boxing Stable, Althea is still unbeaten with six victories, two by knockouts, and a draw.

Moulai is also off to a perfect start. She won her first even fights highlighted by three KOs.(CCM)
