A 35-YEAR-OLD man was fatally shot following a fistfight in Barangay Pasil, Cebu City on Monday afternoon, Jan. 26.
Police identified the fatality as Jovannie Millanes Ruelan.
The alleged gunman, Ryan Kenneth Baring, 27, was arrested after the incident. Another man, Neil Mahusay, 27, was also involved in the trouble.

During the scuffle, police said Baring was overpowered by Ruelan.
Baring allegedly took a firearm and shot the victim in the body. Baring and Mahusay fled after the incident.
Ruelan was brought to the Cebu City Medical Center where he later died.
Lt. Col. Jose Los Baños, information officer of the Cebu City Police Office, said Baring was eventually arrested in Pasil following a manhunt operation on Tuesday dawn, Jan. 27.
A .38 revolver loaded with three bullets that was believed to have been used in the crime was recovered during the arrest, Los Baños said.
A charge of murder will be filed against the suspect. An additional charge will be filed against the suspect for violating the gun ban that is currently being enforced for the ASEAN Summit, police said.(CDB)
