A LONE bettor from Talisay City, Cebu became an overnight multi-millionaire after winning the over P102-million jackpot in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Officeโs (PCSO) 6/42 Lotto draw on Tuesday night, June 3.
The bettor hit the P102.3 million jackpot prize in the June 3, 2025, 6/42 Lotto draw, the PCSO announced on Wednesday.
According to the PCSO advisory, the winning ticket was bought at a town center outlet in Barangay Bulacao, Talisay City.
The ticket bore the six-digit winning combination 05-22-14-03-23-11, securing a total prize of P102,346,298.
The winner has one year from the date of the draw to claim the prize at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City.
To claim, the bettor must present the original winning ticket along with two valid government-issued identification cards.
The prize will be subject to a 20 percent tax under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) law, which covers all winnings above P10,000.
In addition to the jackpot winner, 149 bettors each won P24,000 for correctly matching five of the six winning numbers.
Meanwhile, 5,598 players will receive P800 each for guessing four correct digits, and 69,862 others will get P20 for matching three numbers.
The 6/42 Lotto is one of the PCSOโs regular games, drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
This is the second time in two months that a Cebuano has hit the jackpot in the 6/42 draw. In April, a lone bettor from Catmon, Cebu, won P19.41 million by correctly selecting the winning numbers 23-05-39-11-02-07.(TGP)
