BINI is set to take the world by storm. The celebrated Filipino pop group recently gained global recognition by being featured on the Grammy Awards website in an article titled "12 Rising Girl Groups To Know Now."

Published on October 3, the article highlights BINI as a leading force in the evolution of girl group culture, alongside other notable acts like FLO, KISS OF LIFE, and Citizen Queen.

The Grammy Awards recognized the rapid rise of Filipino pop, commonly known as P-pop, which is becoming one of the most vibrant music markets worldwide. The eight talented members of BINI—Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoannna, and Sheena—are at the forefront of this exciting movement. Their unique sound, a mix of EDM-driven pop with English and Tagalog lyrics, has resonated deeply throughout Southeast Asia.

BINI has achieved impressive milestones, including being the first Filipino group to enter Spotify's Top Artist Global Chart and to perform at the prestigious KCON festival.

These accomplishments have solidified their reputation as the "Nation's Girl Group." Remarkably, they are the only Filipino act included in this esteemed list, which features a diverse array of groups from different countries and genres.

This latest recognition adds to BINI's growing list of accolades; they were also featured in Teen Vogue's “12 Girl Groups to Watch in 2024.” Their latest single, "Cherry on Top," released in July, showcases their evolving artistry and broad appeal.

They have an exciting lineup of performances ahead, including appearances at the Asiya Festival and Billboard Philippines: Mainstage later this month. Additionally, fans are also looking forward to their highly anticipated Grand BINIverse concert in November.(MyTVCebu)
