NATICA and Handy Fix Pro came through with lopsided wins at the resumption of the Architects and Engineers Basketball Club (AEBC) Buildrite Cup 2025 over the weekend at the University of San Carlos North Campus Gymnasium.
Natica dumped Surfix, 93–78, while Handy Fix Pro manhandled Smartbond, 72–56, in a pair of duels in Bracket B.
John Therese Buhawe and Michael Cinco fired 18 points each while Miguel Cenabre added 16 points as Natica listed its second win in three games.
Dave Bryan Lacson scored 14 points, Nikko Harold Punay tallied 13 points, and Andrew Zaragosahad 11 markers but Surfix stayed winless after three games.
Handy Fix Pro, on the other hand, also improved to 2-1 behind Ivan Deo, who piled up 24 points, three assists and two rebounds.
Mark Barcenas backed Deo with 19 points while Jonathan Sotes pitched in 10 markers.
Smartbond stumbled to their first loss after a 2-0 start despite getting 18 points from Jae Estella and 15 markers from Michael Neri.(CCM)
